Wonderful experience, spend almost 2 hours there and didn't realize it until it was too late. One must is the Turkish coffee, it's just something you have never drank.

With an excellent selection of drinks, food and hookah, this place is an amazing spot to relax and chill with friends anyway of the week.

This has been my go to place for the last couple of years I've been in NYC. You must try it - it's totally worth it.

The hookah was good. But the drinks were water down. 😖

Decent hookah. That's the only positive here. The servers are not friendly. This is a cash only place. When I went out to get some cash from ATM the server tried to pester my friends for money, saying that his shift was ending at 7pm. Even after 9pm this server is still here. Nobody in this place know what they are doing. They can't answer a single question. They made us pay for our check even though we were not done ordering. Stay away from this place if you want a good experience.

Vibe is good. And they have a tent laid out at the back from where you can see the sky. However, the hookah is too weak and after a while you don't feel any flavor at all. Prices are a decent. Drinks are average, the bloody Mary was especially bad - way too diluted and didn't even have all the ingredients.

The staff was super awesome. Went out with my boys for a drink and found this place. They use coconut coal and the hookah was pulling. Definitely planning to come again.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. We kept calling for the waiter who kept ignoring us but he was very attentive to the tables all around us. We ordered drinks that never came. I guess they weren’t interested in making money. We got fed up and left but not before lodging an official complaint. We were told it was the waiter’s first day which sounded like bullcrap and they were just covering for him.

Staff is super friendly and energetic, hookah is well made and the food is delicious! I always get the chicken kebab plate, NEVER disappoints always consistent and fresh. Better than some restaurants I visit.

Great service great food atmosphere is really good and relaxing they change the coal on the hookah periodically and service is really good definitely one of the better hookah places in the city

Frozen margarita was great but they only have ONE bathroom with a long line of people waiting to use it. So unless you have an amazing bladder get a smaller drink.

If you expect any sort of acceptable hookah, this is not the place to go. Tastes okay for 15 minutes, after that it is just burned and disgusting (probably cause they try to save on tobacco). Also the cheap single-use tubes are just disgusting. Service was mediocre at best, tea tasted good.

Really decent hookah place. The hookah itself was very good, and the staff made sure we had fresh coals constantly. The humus we had was also very tasty. The only thing is that the interior was a little run down, but I didn't mind it.

Hookah and drinks here after a show is how you want to end an evening. Great atmosphere, outdoor seating, good hookah. As for food, the lamb was tender and well seasoned, fries were good. Staff were super accommodating and prompt.

Negatives: there's always this one guy that is super rude, he's the manager or something.The hookah isn't great. I haven't had a hookah I'd call good at this place.The food is average also.Positives: coal service is excellent, prices are good.

I got the mixed grill and while the kofta, hummus, and rice were excellent, the chicken was a bit cold and the other meats were undercooked. Service was great at times and weird others. Didn’t like the fact that there seemed to be an army of employees cleaning windows, mopping, etc. while customers are trying to enjoy their meal and evening. Also, it was cold outside yet the employees had no regard for minimizing how many times they opened the main door which would always let in a cold draft. I also thought it insincere to offer me a complimentary dessert and then force an 18% tip onto the bill.

Great staff.. amazing hookah. It’s probably the best hookah in NYC which is a big thing to say. Lamb Kofta kebab is delicious and chicken fajita is good too. Really recommend this place. I am definitely coming here again.

Great staff that really cares and is usually quite speedy. They can get a little busy Friday/Saturday around 11 or midnight. Usually it’s a good time. The cocktails are decent but I wish they had a wider variety of liquors. The food is also not terrible, but the hookah is very good. Good spot for larger groups especially when it’s warm out as they have plenty of larger booths.

This place was awesome to me as a first time customer. The waiter was awesome, offered us complementary babaganoush, and rice pudding which both were amazing. The hooka was amazing as well. Definitely will be visiting back this place for a unique lunch and hooka experience.

Food was nice and the place is not over crowded as well, over weekends.
